Payments
We accept checks and cash for professional services.
Intake Session (90 minutes): $120
Individual Session (50 minutes): $100
Conjoint Session (50 minutes): $120
Cancellations
Cancellation of scheduled appointment at least 24 hrs prior to appointment: NO CHARGE
Cancellation of scheduled appointment within 24 hrs of appointment time: $50 CHARGE
No Show – No Phone Call to cancel appointment: FULL CHARGE
Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration, but please note that the above charges will apply to most cancellations. The courtesy call that you receive to remind you of your visit is usually made within 24 hrs. of your appointment. It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled. Less than 24 hours notice doesn’t allow Wise Professional Counseling LLC sufficient time to offer that session to another client in need. Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping your appointment.

What are your counseling fees?
Counseling fees range from $100.00 per 50-minute session to $120.00 per 50-minute conjoint session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks. Payment in full is due at time of visit. Please make all checks payable to: “Wise Professional Counseling LLC”
Do you accept health insurance?
No. As a counselor, I am an “out of network” provider. I will provide you with a “super-receipt” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, according to your own individual insurance plan.
Do you dispense medications?
No, as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I am not permitted to prescribe medications. You will need to contact your medical doctor or a psychiatrist for your prescriptions.

Where is your office located?
Our office has recently relocated to Woodlawn Baptist Church, 824 N. Ferdon Blvd., Crestview, FL 32536. However, Wise Professional Counseling LLC remains a separate entity from Woodlawn Baptist Church.
